ALL BILLING, SCHEDULING AND REMINDERS ARE DONE THROUGH M.MS.
Make Music Studio (formally known as "Fons") https://www.studio.makemusic.com/ is an online billing and scheduling company that enables you to make payments by credit card to pay for lessons (no more having to remember checks/money for a lesson!). All Virtually In Band clients use Fons to pay for and schedule their appointments. You can also use your Fons account to change, cancel or add lessons. Using Fons is a free service to Virtually in Band clients. Fons has recently become part of the Make Music Corporation's Family of Services (which includes Smartmusic and Finale).
Here’s how it works:
AFTER WE AGREE ON WHAT DATE(S)/TIME WORK BEST:
You will receive an email from Fons. (Look for hello@fons.com in your inbox) Click the link in that email to begin creating your client account online.
At the agreed upon time, Fons will automatically process your payment and send you a receipt after the completion of the lesson. Easy peasy!
Brownie Points: After setting up your account, download the Fons mobile app from https://fons.app on your mobile browser. For instructions on how to download the Fons mobile app, follow the link below.
App - Install for iPhone / Android
It’s really that easy. No more writing checks, forgetting to pay, or worrying about how many appointments we have in a month. If you’ve got any questions, please let me know. You can shoot me an email.
